MKN Design owner Michelle Katherine Nassopoulos, MFA, is an artist and designer with experience in a variety of disciplines. In addition to her art practice, she worked with The Wiseman Group, Interior Design Inc. for several years as an interior designer.

Her education includes MFA and BFA Degrees in Illustration from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco; Post-Baccalaureate courses in Interior Design and Interior Architecture from UC Berkeley Extension; a Certificate in Surface & Textile Design from the California School of Professional Fabric Design, Berkeley; and fine art studies from The Richmond College, London, UK. 

All of her work is inspired by a love of color and beauty, and a desire to allow the medium to express the needs of the creative project, making the world that much more beautiful with each mark.
